Vending space is available during Appalachian Summer Solstice and Autumn Fires. The merchant fee is $25. Your camping spot will be your vending spot, so if you would like a spot closer to Town Green, keep this in mind while booking. If you need more frontage, purchase multiple sites to accommodate the frontage that you require. Remember to factor in tent ropes for overall frontage needed! The number of sites are limited and electrical service is limited at sites. Electricity availability is noted on Campspot, our booking site.
Unlike previous years, the vendor fee will be paid as an add-on when you book your site on Campspot. Please select this add-on when booking if you have been approved as a vendor.
All vendors must fill out a Vendor Application Form. Vendors and their family members and employees must also be paid attendees during the event. Vendor applications for Appalachian Summer Solstice are May 20th, 2021 and applications for Autumn Fires are due September 1st, 2021.
Most vendors like to stay for the entire event. There are no discounts for partial attendance. If you stay past 4pm on the closing day, each person will be charged for a daily camping fee.
Many vendors find it very helpful to arrive early for a set-up day. For an additional fee, pre-registered vendors may come in a day before the event.
